In September 2019, the label manufacturer Wilkri, based in Reutlingen, Germany, experienced a Trojan malware attack. Before the virus could cause any damage, the seamless mechanisms of Konica Minolta’s Smart Managed Services ensured that the attack could be repelled immediately. Thanks to this, Wilkri did not suffer any damage or outages.

Following an initial crypto virus attack, ADP Laboratoire contacted Konica Minolta for help.
